Prime Time Step - Enhance cardiovascular health, strength, balance, and flexibility in this class that is especially designed for seniors or moms-to-be.

Spinning - Great for all ages, 45 minutes of intense, highly motivating, low-impact exercise combines hill work, speed work, and increases aerobic fitness, all on a stationary bike. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels welcome.

Spin & Tone - Start your day with a 30 minute spinning workout, followed by a 30 minute strength training session hitting the trouble spots-arms, abs, and buns.

Pilates Mat Class
- Participants will benefit from core stability training and enhanced breathing techniques using the Pilates Method, which was developed in the 1920's. All levels of fitness welcome.

Pilates Express - A shortened, quickened version of a Pilates Mat Class- great for those in a time crunch!! All fitness levels welcome.

Yoga - Practice the benefits of Yoga. This class will teach you yoga principles through breathing, stretching, and strengthening. All fitness levels welcome.

Butts & Guts - Use your body instead of weights to increase strength and flexibility while toning, toning, toning your glutes and abs. All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Kickbox - Discover energy and power utilizing kickboxing techniques and cardiovascular training. All fitness levels welcome.

Step Challenge - Challenge yourself with a complete cardio step workout involving fun, creative and energetic choreography. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Challenge - Challenge yourself during a fun-filled hour of cardiovascular exercise involving a range of activities. Your heart rate is guaranteed to be raised. All fitness levels welcome.

Circuit Training - A great full body workout involving cardio and strength training. You will use various equipment including, but not limited to, balls, bands, hand weights, etc. All fitness levels welcome.

Tone-it-Up - The best way to achieve a toned body is to work those muscles!! This is a great 30 minute strength training workout using balls, bands, and weights. Enjoy! All fitness levels welcome.

Total Body Workout - Just as the name describes, you will leave this class with almost every muscle group in your body worked out, along with your heart and lungs. It's a great way to start your weekend. All fitness levels welcome.

RIVER WEST'S BIGGEST LOSER
- A 9-week course designed around body fat loss. Not only will you increase your cardiovascular endurance and overall body strength, you will be assessed at the start, middle, and end of the course to measure body composition improvements, and to determine a winner. Call 879-8889 to sign up or to get more information. Class size is limited. Intermediate to Advanced fitness levels welcome.

KIDS FITNESS - These classes are offered throughout the year on various days and times. Please call 879-8889 for more information or to sign-up. Kids fitness class ages range from 3 to 15 years old.
