Plan A - One Year Contract
$50 Enrollment fee
$25 per month for one person
$50 per month - couple
$15 per month - Dependents age 12-17
(Dependents can only be added on to a primary member(s),
and it is based on an annual contract.)
$80 per month - Family of 4 or more.

Short Term Memberships

One Month - $60
$1 Per Day (Minimum 90 days. Days are consecutive. No discounts
available for groups, couples, families, corporate, etc., on this offer.)

Annual Memberships

All Single Memberships - $299 paid in full
All Couple Memberships - $599 paid in full
Dependents age 12-17 - $179 paid in full
Family of 4 or more - $879 paid in full

Daycare prices and Punch Cards

$2 per child daily
$70 for 37 visits/ 2 free
$40 for 20 visits/ 1 free
