Babysitting – Kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old are welcome to stay in our Playroom while the parents workout. Babysitting is available:
Monday: 9:00am-12pm / 5:15pm-7:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-12pm / 5:15pm-7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-12pm / 5:15pm-7:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am-12pm / 5:30pm-7:00pm
Starter Program – Three personal training sessions will start you on your very own workout program designed just for you and your schedule.
Friday Night Family Night – Any member of River West Family Fitness may bring any member of his/her immediate family to work out for free on Fridays from 4-8pm. We allow children as young as 8 years old to exercise with a parent.
Sport Specific Training – Is your child hoping to improve or excel at his or her sport? Our personal trainer Chris Hylton has worked with swimmers, basketball players, football players, and even motocross riders, just to name a few. If you or your child needs to improve strength, coordination, power, and acceleration, Sport Specific Training is the answer.
